This
program includes:
- Customized Nutrition Plan:
Laura will create several customized meal plans for the client as well as provide personalized macros to those who rather focus on macros only.
- Personalized Resistance Training Programming :
Laura will create the training program based on the clients goals, needs, ability and level of fitness. A new training program will be provided every 4 weeks
- Personalized Cardio programming:
When the goal is fatless, cardio can be a valuable tool. Laura wants to maximize results without relying on cardio, but rather another tool in the fatloss “toolbox”
- Supplement recommendation:
Laura has extensive experience working in the supplement industry. She will recommend a list of supplements that the client will benefit from, being these the basic stack to enhance health and fill any gaps that there may be in nutrition. All of this will contribute to a better, healthier outcome as well as improvements on performance in the gym and every day life.

- Weekly Reports directly with Laura:
The client will report weekly measurements, weigh-ins, progress photos, biofeedback on sleep, digestion, strength, how well the is client sticking to the plan, client has hit his/her nutrition and training target, etc.
- Adjustments:
Adjustments to nutrition, training and cardio based on clients biofeedback and results. This will be assessed on a weekly basis.
- Access to Laura’s client portal:
Access to Laura’s client portal where clients have access to exercise videos as well as other educational videos that will help client make the program run smoothly.
- Unlimited email and text messages:
Unlimited email and text messages with Laura
- Inbody scan:
The InBody Scale is a machine that measures body composition (a person’s body fat as well as water, lean mass, overall weight, and more) via a method called bioelectrical impedance analysis.
