Laura will design a custom workout program consisting of strength training and some cardio for you which will be updated every 4 weeks in order to ensure continued progress and avoid plateaus. All workouts require gym equipment or a very complete home gym set up.
Personalized Nutrition
Diet is 80% of your success! Laura will design custom nutrition plans for you with the foods you enjoy and are willing to eat for the rest of your life. Laura can also guide you using just macros, it is up to you and what you feel works best for you. Your nutrition will be updated based on your progress and feedback. Laura’s nutrition approach includes all food sources, while keeping health at the forefront.
Accountability
A successful fitness and nutrition program is not just about workouts and diets. Accountability takes center stage in your journey with Laura Marenco.
