Meet Laura Marenco, a distinguished female fitness trainer and nutritionist with a wealth of expertise. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, Contest Prep Coach, and accomplished Figure and Bikini competitor with over 16 years of experience, Laura has solidified her place as a trailblazer in the fitness industry.
Laura’s journey in the fitness realm spans over two decades, making her a pioneer in the online personal training sector. Her No-Nonsesne to fitness and physique development approach has positively impacted hundreds of women, guiding them towards achieving their ideal Fit-Body-For-Life and conquering the bodybuilding stage.
What sets Laura apart is her personal resilience. As a woman in her late 40s, a wife, and a mom dealing with hypothyroidism and other hormonal imbalances she intimately understands the daily challenges women face. This relatability makes her an exceptionally inspiring figure.
Laura's Background:
Originally from El Salvador, Laura Marenco moved to the United States at the age of 17. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in Psychology, Laura initially worked with victims of domestic violence. Simultaneously, her passion for fitness led her to pursue Figure competitions, showcasing her dedication as an athlete.
Notably, just 12 months after giving birth via C-section, Laura took first place in the Figure division at the NPC Indianapolis Championships. This victory exemplifies her commitment to leading by example throughout her fitness and coaching career.
As an accomplished athlete, Laura has consistently placed 1st in numerous competitions. In 2023, she transitioned to the Bikini Division, achieving top 4 at the fiercely competitive Masters Nationals and top 6 at the famous NPC Universe National competition.
Accomplishments:
Laura is not only a seasoned fitness professional but also a published trainer, featured in national magazines such as Oxygen Magazine, Fitness X Magazine, and Muscle & Fitness Hers. Additionally, she has graced the pages of several local publications in Indianapolis.
As a pioneer in Online Personal Training and a top female fitness trainer nationally, Laura began working with women both in person and online in 2010, drawing on her certifications as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Laura has been coached by industry giants such as John Meadows, Matt Jansen, and Layne Norton in fitness and nutrition coaching, respectively, to name a few.
Her positive, personal, and motivational coaching style sets her apart, with unmatched success stories in the industry. Laura’s unique ability to help women of all ages and experience levels become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves is truly exceptional. Moreover, she excels at aiding women in reaching their physique goals for the Figure, Physique, and Bikini divisions.
