This program includes 2 one-on-one sessions with Laura (if you are in the Indy area)

The Complete Lifestyle "Revamp" Package includes:
— A training program designed to fit your needs (may be designed for “at-home” workouts or training with commercial gym equipment) with as many days you are available to train on your own time.
It may be 4-6 days a week.
I take into account client's experience and knowledge of weight training as well as existing injuries and limitations.
— Personalized Nutrition Program.
This includes an initial meal plan along with macronutrients. This is set up based on your food preferences. I will provide a questionnaire where you will indicate what is realistic as far as food sources is concerned.
—Nutrition will be modified based on how your body is progressing as well as your feedback
— InBody analysis (if you can travel to me) at my private studio to determine body composition baseline, as well as keeping track of progress .
— Weekly reports and progress photos in order to hold you accountable
— Supplement suggestions and recommendations that may help you reach your goals
-Education on health markers, how hormones affect our bodies ,as well as looking into getting blood work to ensure your body is ready to dive into a successful "fatloss" phase***
— Unlimited email text messages.
Pricing: $600 for 12 weeks
** Not all clients want to lose body fat from the getgo, internal health however is a priority when it comes to building muscle as well. So we will look into this as well.
This program is for the individual who is looking to modify their nutrition protocol. I
can coach you with your own personal goals in mind. This program does not include a personalized training protocol, however, I it does include a cardio protocol.
This program is best suited for individuals who are looking for the "missing key" of any fatloss program: The right nutrition guidance based on your personality and current health status.

The Nutrition Coaching Program is 8 weeks long
For a single meal plan set up, $125 (no further coaching)
This option is the same exact program as the plan above: "The Complete Lifestyle Revamp.
The difference is you will be working out One-on-One with me at my State of the Art private studio.
This is the best option for individuals who are not very experienced in the weight room.
I will teach you how to lift with correct form so that you can avoid potential injuries and achieve best possible results.
You will get everything mentioned above but the cost is based on how many times a week we train in person as well as how many sessions you purchase up front.

Sessions are 55 minutes long. These are all one-on-one private sessions using commercial gym equipment and resistance bands.
All packages are set up at 12 or 20 sessions.
1x a week
12 sessions $780 ($65 per session)
If purchasing 20 session rate is $60 per session $1,200)
2x a week
12 sessions $720 ($60 per session)
20 sessions $1,100 ($55 per session)
3x a week
12 sessions $660 ($55 per session)
20 sessions $1,000 ($50 per session)
Cost of package includes a training program for you to follow on days we don't meet, as well as a personalized nutrition plan based on your goals, as stated above.
I will revise these plans as needed depending on your progress and feedback.
You will also have unlimited emails and text messages with me if you have any questions or additional support.
One of the sessions can be used to cover Nutrition if you would like for us to set up a 50 minute, one-on-one “class” .
