In Studio Personal Training/Contest Prep/Building Season
One-on-one personal training sessions are available while getting ready for competition.
This package includes everything the ONLINE CONTEST PREP package offers.
Sessions are 60 minutes long. These are all one-on-one private sessions using commercial gym equipment and resistance bands.
This package is focused on getting ready for a competition so expect to start preparing at least 18-20 weeks out.
Prep is very different for each individual so an assessment of your physique will be necessary.
Please set up an appointment so that we can over all the details.
Contest prep may start once the althete has sufficient muscle mass and is in a good place with her metabolism. If the above mentioned doesn't met the criteria for you to be a "contest prep" athlete, then the necessary BUILDING SEASON is highly recommended before even thinking about going through a Contest Prep "Cut".
Rate varies depending on how many times a week we are able to train at my studio. can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
