What does the Contest Prep Package include?
— I will design your training program with the goal of achieving the stage look desired. I prefer to meet in person and have a couple of good training sessions so that the athlete understands the ele el of intensity necessary in order to reach our goals.
The NPC/IFBB is clear on the criteria for each division. Training focused on achieving this look is our main goal.
— Cardio schedule: Laura will determine how much cardio is necessary. This may change weekly based on progress.
— Personalized Nutrition Program.
This includes an initial meal plan along with macronutrients. This is set up based on your food preferences. Laura will provide a questionnaire where you will indicate what is realistic as far as food sources is concerned.
—Nutrition will be modified based on how your body is progressing as well as your feedback
— POSING: Discounted rate for all one-on-one posing sessions with
Posing is very individual. Laura will teach you how to pose correctly in order to display your strengths on stage.
Posing correctly is essential.
— InBody analysis at Laura’s studio to determine body composition baseline, another reading every 4 weeks if desired.
— Weekly reports are necessary and progress photos in order to assure the athletes physique is improving week by week.
Laura will provide a format of how reports must be submitted. As you get closer to show, reports will be twice a week.
— Peak week protocol based on your needs
— Supplement List: there are certain essential supplements that will be necessary so that we can continue to prioritize health and well being.
— 4 weeks reverse diet protocol. You will still report to Laura post show in order to get back to a healthy Improvement Season. Reverse dieting is crucial in order to not gain unwanted adipose tissue during those weeks post show. Some day gain will be necessary in order to get to a normal state. However, should be done correctly and at a slower pace. Gaining a lot of weight soon after show is not ideal nor healthy

In Studio Personal Training/Contest Prep
One-on-one personal training sessions are available while getting ready for competition.
This package includes everything the ONLINE CONTEST PREP package offers.
Sessions are 60 minutes long. These are all one-on-one private sessions using commercial gym equipment and resistance bands.
This package is focused on getting ready for a competition so expect to start preparing at least 18-20 weeks outt.

Rate varies depending on how many times a week we are able to train at my studio.
I have been a Figure Competitor since 2007. I have been coaching Figure and Bikini Athletes how to pose since 2013 (now Wellness is also one of my passions) I know first hand the importance of "stage presence".
Remember, you have been preparing for your show for the last 18+ weeks; don't throw all your work away by not being able to display your physique on stage properly.
As a coach my job is to help you display your strengths and hide your flaws. Your posing can make you or break you!
I offer 50 minutes private sessions at my studio. I currently help Figure, Bikini and Wellness Athletes who compete in NPC Shows. Each 50 minute session is $65
I also can do virtual sessions via FaceTime.
