Laura is certified personal trainer, nutrition specialist, contest prep coach and national level bikini competitor.
With over a decade of experience transforming hundreds of bodies, Laura offers the following services:
- Online one on one coaching programs for individuals who are ready to improve their body composition; drop body fat and increase muscle tone.
- In person one-on-one training in her home studio in Carmel (very limited spaces)
- Contest prep coaching for the following: Bikini, Wellness, Figure and Physique athletes.
